Comedienne Paula Poundstone will be performing at The Blue Note on Wednesday, June  20.

Poundstone, who was recently inducted into the Comedy Hall of Fame, has accrued quite the list of awards and  distinctions during her career. She was the first woman to perform at the White House correspondent’s dinner, has  had her own shows and standup specials and has also been recognized as one of Comedy Central’s 100 greatest  standup comedians.

Poundstone is also a regular panelist on NPR’s weekly news quiz show, Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me!, which won a  Peabody Award for broadcasting excellence in 2008.
