Twelve people were killed and 58 were injured during a sold-out midnight premier of the “Dark Knight Rises” movie premiere in Aurora, Colo., when James Holmes unloaded four weapons’ into the audience. James had clearly planned for the shooting, entering the theater wearing a helmet, bullet-proof vest, bullet-proof leggings, gas mask and gloves. The number of casualties and injuries makes the event the largest mass shooting in U.S. history.
