You know you need some sweets today!
Instead of regular cupcakes and bread, try some of the many international tastes in Columbia. Recently, UKneadSweets, an Asian bakery/restaurant, opened to offer more choices for Columbians.
Check out this video, by Ruohan Xu, about the story of the owner, Helena Shih.
She has a multicultural background, which makes the treats at the bakery both authentic and suitable to local taste. She is Chinese but was born in Korea, and now she lives in the United States. Therefore, the bakery represents a nice blend of several different flavors.
Here are some photos of fantastic baked goods at the UKneadSweets.
The owner can speak three different languages and she welcomes people from different countries for a visit.

SUCH good food. I took two of my friends there for dessert after lunch today. Might I recommend the green tea macaroons, peanut butter mousse and pumpkin cheesecake? Oh, let’s be honest — it’s all delicious. Reasonably priced, too!
