Tiki Barber, the New York Giants running back who retired in 2006, announced Tuesday that he’s heading back to the NFL for the 2011 season. Boredom couldn’t have been the reason for his return, though: Since retiring he’s spent time as an analyst on The Today Show, Football Night in America and Sunday Night Football. He’s also written a number of children’s books with his twin brother, Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Ronde Barber, and authored a few books of his own.
