Sustainability Week: Local Food & Business Day
Throughout the day, CDS will be promoting their local food purchases with posters being placed in the dining halls. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Sustain Mizzou will partner with Tigers for Community Agriculture educating individuals on the benefits of locally grown food. Also, beginning at 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., keynote speaker Rachel Vaughn will speak the sustainability aspects of food security and dumpster diving in Strickland 204.
