Documentary: "The Future of Food"
Here's some food for thought for the new year: how much do you really know about what you're eating? In the film "The Future of Food," producer Debra Koons Garcia examines the complex web of market and political forces that are changing what we eat. Garcia's film offers an in-depth investigation into the unlabeled, patented, genetically engineered foods that have quietly filled U.S. grocery store shelves over the past decade. The film also explores alternatives to large- scale industrial agriculture, proposing organic and sustainable
