Carpe Diem Summer Camp: Joan of Arc
During Carpe Diem's Adult Summer Camp, Columbians can brush up on their cultural knowledge by registering for one or more lunchtime classes through July 29. This is a chance for trivia lovers and lifelong learners to feed on presentations by local experts.
Tuesday classes will focus on music, Wednesday history and Thursday art. MU history associate professor Lois Huneycutt talks about the legend and truth behind one of France's patron saints.
