The owner of this place smokes the meat from 12-18 hours depending on whether it is pork or beef. You won't find better smoked meat anywhere. Also, if you go at lunch the owner will tell you some really cool stories about his time on the road with some of the best bands in history as a tour bus driver. This place is a real find.

The Brisket here is as good as Brisket gets. I think the prices are a little higher than they ought to be compared to the amount of food you get, but it really is the best Brisket you're going to find around here.

I really like this place. The pulled pork is outstanding, aswell as the ribs. The brisket is just ok. I am from KC so i know my BBQ and this place passes the test. If your from KC you will know where they got the recipe for their beans immeadiately.
