Nicely nestled on the north side of Columbia, this cozy, stylish spot in an unsung locale warrants searching out for the considerable talents of its husband and wife owners. We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday here with a party of ten and the evening exceeded all expectations. The mouthwatering appetizers, especially the fried spinach was superb as well was the succulent bite size beer breaded lobster. The deftly accented “field and stream” variety menu caters to adventurous appetites as well as the more moderate. The candlelight atmosphere was very relaxing and a bit romantic. The focused wine list globe trots for value and the attentive service was excellent. (btw, the custom carrot cake was fabulous!) I highly recommend this unexpected niche for your next fine dining experience in unruffled central Missouri.

Some of the best seafood I have had in Columbia. Pricey but worth it.
