My job has taken me into the kitchens of a lot of Columbia's Restaurants. The kitchen at the Original Shakespeares is the CLEANEST restaurant kitchen I have ever seen. Even the undersides and backs of all the equipment is spotless...

The food is excellent, the service is excellent, and the people are always friendly.
