I Am Legend
Surrounded by mannequins and his dog, Robert Neville (Will Smith) is the only healthy human living in New York. The rest of the population has either perished or become violently ill due to an outbreak of a deadly virus. Neville is the lonely, borderline-insane scientist working with his dog to find a cure to save the sick survivors and end his isolation. The film’s special effects stand out, such as a scene at the Brooklyn Bridge that cost $5 million to create. Also included on the DVD is the movie’s original ending, which draws completely different conclusions about the end of humanity compared to the theatrical release.
