“Art of It All” Carnival and Circus Celebration

As part of the grand re-opening of the Missouri Theatre, there will be a 1920s-style carnival complete with dunking tanks and a Ferris wheel. Win prizes at games set up along Ninth Street, and have your portrait drawn by a caricaturist.
