The good
Found Boy! Joshua Childers walked away from his home in Arcadia. After a couple days of searching, the 3-year-old boy turned up in the woods near his house. How’s that for hide ’n’ seek?
The bad
Lights out! Missouri legislators were busy making laws, etc. when the power went out inside the Capitol. A black snake had wiggled its way underground and caused some wires to short out. Snakes on the electrical systems!
The ugly
Relax, KU! The Sporting News released its early rankings of college football teams, and KU was No. 25. Four other Big 12 teams made the list, but the presence of the Jayhawks and not the Tigers is enough to make us question the poll’s significance. No thanks!
