Red Wine: Casas Patronales 2007
This Chilean red, favored among Hemingway’s serving staff, has a well balanced acidity with chocolate notes
and a velvety feel.

Top Ten Wines
Sparkling Wine: Gerard Bertrand
Hailing from the birthplace of sparkling wines in southwestern France, last year’s best-selling bubbly at Top Ten is made with a yeast that gives it a doughy quality and a brioche smell.

Bleu
White Wine: Picket Fence Chardonnay
Aged in oak, this full-bodied, fruitier-flavored pour will complement any fish or vegetarian meal.
