The biggest video game awards show of the year, the Game Awards, will be going down live from Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, Thursday, Dec. 7, at 7:30 p.m.

With its current incarnation going on its fourth year, this annual awards ceremony puts the spotlight on the games and people who shaped gaming culture this year. It’s also known for premiering teaser trailers for upcoming games, if not full reveals, to get fans hyped for what’s to come next. The show will be live-streamed across 16 media platforms including YouTube, Twitch, Twitter and Facebook Live. For the first time, the public can vote in some of the categories using Google Search, Twitter direct message and Facebook Messenger in addition to its website. It will be hosted by video game journalist and producer, Geoff Keighley, and there will be a performance by alternative rock band Phoenix.
