Columbia's feral cat conundrum

A network of volunteers work to trap, neuter and release feral cats in mid-Missouri. This practice, called TNR, helps slow the spread of strays and keeps the cats themselves healthier. A key partner in this effort is the Spay Neuter Project — 958 cats were treated there in 2022.
